why honda motor don't take seriously user reviews and public opinions.(1).honda can't deliver their booking in time (2),dont care user reviews like i read so many reviews buyer of dazzler want kick start like megapro model an option to use this bike as a commuteter purpose too.(3) boy want in dazzler bigger digital speedometer.(4)mudcover in rear tyre like pulsar 135cc.(5) more mAH battery like yamaha(6) open some auto part agency like heromoto.

dear honda,

I had purchased honda LIVO on 12 th march. I had done its first servicing today.
They had charged me bill of 480 today.
What they done was
1. oil booster 150/-
2. petrol additive 50/-
3. engine oil 280/-

My point is why they fool customers. My bike is already new and it barely run 300km.
I doubt if they had done these thing also.
What is the purpose of these things.

Why did they change and added all these?

Please provide me suitable feedback on the same.

Hi , I Sandesh Rasal Owner of a CB Hornet (MH04 HW 3106) registered the complaint of noise from the engine to Bhavana Honda and HONDA customer care on Date: 28-10-2017. Bhavana Honda replaced balancer spring, balancer and cam shaft still problem is same. When I asked them to solved the problem and revert the status of the bike, this dealer tried to avoid me as the problem was not able to solve by them. Even if they received my call they used to talk arrogantly. when I tried to contact customer care for the same problem (complaint no. 1-29036513574, 1-29566413026, 1-29576416910 and similar complaints registered) honda concern team didnít revert me yet. These people said that we are working on your bike we will let you know the thinks but right now my bike is with me. how come this low quality service you give and you even donít know which vehicles are present in your workshop.
The service honda give us or what to the customer. useless people you guys are.

Dear Honda Team,

This is to bring to your notice that i bought a bike in the month Nov 2016, but within 6month it started creating some or the other technical problem.

I have a fell now i am been given some sub standard quality or used bike as the bike has given up within span 6month.

Below are the complaint which seems never resolving complaint.
1.Engine is making noise - This was addressed during my last complaint but again within 200km same issue started.
2.Self doesn't work after several KM once it switch off, its gone, at-least you need to make 10 attempt to get the bike start - This embarrassing situation i have faced a lot, standing at roadside so as bike to start other commuter are waiting for me to either park on one side.
3.Pickup issue - Being its 160CC i expect some kind of immediate pick up, one fell so irritating while driving being the fact till 2nd gear its pick up is almost nill.
4.Headlight not working - After replacement of Speedometer the UPPER headlight doesn't work, i have already logged a complaint no resolution yet.

Please mark my words as i am sending one copy to my advocate as well and also i will make it viral to all possible medium including media as well , i am felling very risky to drive as i already meet with small accident couple of days back because of headlight issue, if any thing goes wrong with all dues HONDA will be sole responsible.

Believe me i am not a pampering client but my complaint is very genuine as i have spend my harden money but felling bad for getting cheated and i am also Ok if some senior member wants to take a trail of 10days and understand my whole situation.

I am still wiling to continue my journey subject to i get permanent resolution.

I am looking for positive and quick response for closure of my complaint.

It will great if you can change this defective bike as i am literally scared to drive any more and i am completely OK to pay additional amount so as to upgrade with better model which doesn't gives away so soon.

I bought Activa 4G on the release week, from the first day there are issues with starting of the vehicle.
1. It won't start with the self-start and the kick start is also waste of time and energy.
This issue is observed even when the engine has ran for more than 30 kms.
2. Vibration is observed near the footrest when vehicle attains a speed near to even 30km/hr !!!! Ridiculous !!!
When informed to the service center service center on the issue, instead of logging a complaint, they informed not to ride the vehicle at a higher speed !!!
3. The acceleration of the vehicle is another troublesome issue, when we accelerate the required pick up wont be attained, then all of a sudden it will take random pick up and vehicle goes out of control, when riding in the slow moving traffic, getting down from a speed breaker, taking vehicle from parking it causes a lot of problem.
4. Coming to the lighting of the vehicle, the beam will never hit the road, the lighting is very poor & makes it difficult to ride at night.
5. Handle control is another issue, then vehicle tends to pull towards one side. Initially the handle of brand new vehicle was not even aligned straight.

Very unhappy and overall not at all satisfied with Honda. Honda had an reputation and its not at all met in Activa 4G.
The service is also really bad.
