I am NRI settled in UK. Hindware toilet seat and a concealed flush tank was installed 4 years ago. the system is in use approx 6 weeks in a year. I have nothing but problems after problems since it is installed.
Flush tanks push buttons and ball valve keeps breaking down. I have spent more money than value of the tank. I complained to the Hindware office in Ahmedabad, the office is asking unreasonable amount of money to rectify the problem with no guarantee to repair. The flush tank seems to be poorly designed and less sturdy just to withstand normal wear and tear. in my case, the flush tank is very rarely used, but regularly maintained for its efficient use.
I hope somebody helps me out
