My Order #55455 (placed on July 16, 2013 12:02:24 PM IST for Micromax 400 R Data Card at Rs 2499, as per the information on the website the product should have been delivered in 4-5 working days. It is over a month and yet have neither recd the product nor the refund despite of making several calls. Now even the phone is wsitched off. Please help. Your early response will be highly appreciated.
