i have ordered a Samsung power bank worth rs 610 when it got delivered i found that it is the used one and have lot scratches n open from one side. i have opened it infront of the delivery boy.

please before i take any strict action against this, i want either my money back or new power bank.

yest i complaint on this today i found that it is working nly for 5 min n den after that it syops .....i want my money back

I HAVE RECEIVED USED ONE AND IT IS OF 16000 MAH

SO I APPEAL TO YOU TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS..
