I had a Gold loan at –Muthoot FINCORP LIMITED –(RBI Licence – Regn no : N1600170.Coimbatore –PN Pudhur Branch. The Gold loan details are given below.

We went to PN Pudhur Branch on 27th Sep 2012 for pay the amount, But the branch in charge informed us , that the non received of the reminder later , all the jewels are moved to HO by the HO employees. There is no proper response from the HQ. We would like to pay the net amount and return back our jewels .we requesting you to intervene in this matter and give us a right solution. They are trying to cheat the customers. Kindly enquire about the company activity and give a solutions to the public peoples.
