I have ordered online gift to Malaysia via giftsnideas.com and made online payment for the same. The order delivery date is February 14 2016. When I called the customer care they informed me like the order is delivered to the recipient. But it's fake. The order is not delivered and they are not returning my money too. I have lost my 1700 bucks. I want to file a complaint against this fake website. Herewith I've attached my order details too.
