We have reported an issue regarding illegal construction to “GHMC Commissioner” on 13thJuly’14 and also registered a complaint with GHMC on 15thJuly’14 (Complaint No. 2014-07- W096396). The said illegal structure is currently being built on Plot-213, Sy No.145, Sardar Patel Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Complaint details (2104-07-W096396):
Illegal construction is happening at site located at Plot No.213, Sy No.: 145, Sardar Patel Nagar, Kukatpally (Circle -14). Permission for this plot was sought by the builders vide Application No.: 96180/07/12/2013/C14. dated 7th Dec, 2013. The Plot size is 40x60 ft (216 Sq.m).
Construction work at this plot is almost in the final stage. The set back left around the building is less than the norms (3mx2mx1.5m), to be frank there is hardly any set back (1ft -2ft) left around the building. The building being built is Ground + 4 floors which is again a major deviation from GHMC norms (10m Ht. permitted) for such a small plot and obviously there are unauthorised floors.

No action has been taken by GHMC till date. Please take it up with concerned authorities so that action is initiated against the illegal structure

Reg:- Grievance ID: 2018-02-W398913 – Construction of illegal structure near 1-1-79, BADAM NEST APRTS, RTC X ROADS, HYDERABAD - 500 020

Dear Sir,

We are strained to bring to your kind notice that an illegal structure is in the process of being constructed next to our Apartment (Badam Nest) at 1-1-79 at RTC X Roads. Apparently, the illegal construction is being carried out by the Building Owner of M/s Nivedita Hospital, RTC X Roads.

Taking a strong objection to this, we have tried speaking to the Hospital authorities to abandon the construction since it is illegal in nature and without any valid GHMC approvals – when our Resident Welfare Association demanded the approvals; we have been told that things would be “adequately” managed at GHMC.

We have also raised a grievance on your portal (ID: 2018-02-W398913) dated 15th February 2018 seeking redressal of our ordeal. Against this grievance ID, we have been advised to contact Sri Ravi (C-15), ACP at ********21. Despite innumerable SMS and calls (which anyway go unanswered), we did not receive any support from Sri Ravi. It may please be noted that the illegal structure in the form of steel fabricated staircase is being raised right across windows of flats in the Apartment, and this is posing to be a serious intrusion of private space for the residents – moreover, many people even sleep on the staircase at night, and residents are forced to keep their windows closed. Please note that this structure is coming up on Government land, which is used as a passage for residents in the building as well as shops located in that area. Despite lodging a complaint from our side and subsequently seeing no corrective action from GHMC, the hospital authorities have emboldened themselves and now started to construct a lift too. The foundation for the pillars is already over, and the same is being highlighted in color photographs attached to this letter.

As law abiding citizens of this City, we do believe that such a grievance redressal system has been designed to help get justice for the citizens of this City. However, going by the apathy being shown by Sri Ravi (C-15), ACP, we have started to lose faith in GHMC, and indeed thinking whether matters are being “managed” at GHMC as exhorted by the people from Building Owner of M/s Nivedita Hospitals. Please help us in reclaiming our faith in GHMC, and take proper action on the cited illegal structures. It may also please be noted that we are having no other option rather than to bring the same to your notice.

Now, they are installed the DG set right in-front of the GATE. It seems Our Complaint is kept in cold storage.
I request somebody to intervene the matter and do the needful.

I am hoping someone can help with this issue, There is a person who building a house on a government land which he illegally occupied long time back, as far as i can tell, The land in question is right behind my house and according to my house plan the land belongs to Nizam, he recently removed fort wall which is nearly 500 years old Which means its a government land, so kindly request you take necessary action
