i m the employe of aditya birla hospital,pune.i have resigned from this organistion today by giving 1 day notice period but i am not getting the experience certificate from this organisation.i have worked one and half year in that organisation.organisation forced me to continue my service for 1 month otherwise i will not geting experience certificate...told by organisation..so plese help me to geting my expe.
