Hi,

I have booked a Cane Rocking Chair on the 7th of May 2012 and still waiting for the delivery of the same. Need you help in taking these fraudsters to task.

I have been calling them since the 10th of May on a regular basis and every time I call, I always get the same reply that it would be delivered the next day. The Next Day is still not here yet. Every time you call, a new person picks the call, asks for the bill number (which is not mentioned on the bill), asks for detials and finally says they would call back. But, this never happens.

Initially, it was to be delivered on 10th of May. After repeated calls (Attched bill for reference) and repeated visits to the store, I lost patience and wanted to cancel the Order. I was assured that it would be delivered without fail on 23rd May 2012 and I had taken the same in writing on the bill. Still no use.

On one of my visits to the store on 8th June, the owner of thr shop Muneer Bhai showed me a couple of rocking chairs in theor store and asked me to select one, which he said he would deliver either on the same day or the next day (Saturday, 9th June). Never happened. On my last visit to their store yesterday, there were no rocking chairs in the store. When enquired, the owner himself, Muneer Bhai had told me that the chair had been sent for delivery to my home. I called them back at around 8.30 PM - 9.00 PM and there was no repsonse from them. (Nobody was picking up the call). On repeated tries, someone picks up the call and says it would be delivered the next day.
