To Yesvalue Eservice Pvt. Ltd.
Myself, Ms. Ratnavali Gadkari, a common woman, took 1 policy for me from HDFC Life almost 5 years back. The premium of the policies is 15000 per year. I have paid total Rs.75,000 in the policy. In the month of January 2015, I have received a call from some person Mr. Pravin Saxena Cell No. 0********20 from Delhi stating that on your policy bonus is declared . He told that in your policy Rs. 67,000 amount and we will release your amount once you give us 1 cheques of Rs.25,000/- in favour of Yesvalue Eserivice Private Limited. He sent me sms of Address of Yesvalue Noida Branch Address.with my Pan Card Copy & Aadhar Card Copy & passport Size photos. I couirer him the cheque of Rs. 25000/- with cheque nos. 669610 which is cleard on 23.01.2015, I received Yesvalue Holidays package Kit, I am a common woman and I cannot apply for any holidays package in whole life . But after few days, He said your amount will get doubled for that again he demanded Cheque of Rs. 60,000/- in favour of yesvalue which is cleared on 04.02.2015, again I received Holidays package . We have submitted a few documents, such as PAN card etc., We never saw the person who spoke to us on phone. He demanded again Rs. 46,000/- which is cleared on 18.02.2015 for releasing payment with bonus. Again he demanded of Rs. 44,000/- cleared on 10.03.2015. He said you have received verification call from Yesvalue for verification, & he told me some questions will be asked you said only Yes. And I am foolish, I followed his instruction but I received only Holidays package Kits. This is a clear case, and cheating with us. In between, we received calls from the same person and he told us that you will receive verification call. He told me that say yes to all the questions which will be asked to you, otherwise your amount will not get released. I am a common woman& hard working. After 25 th March he never pick up my call till 29th May, 2015. His colleague said he got a hearty attack & Pawan Rastogi I am handling your file, And this is happening When my Marriage will be happened on 21st April, 2015 & I am in depressed with this issue. So I am requesting you to look into the same immediately and refund my money. I am expecting immediate revert on this, otherwise I will ve forced to take legal action against this matter. I am never used your holidays package.
The person did not stop here. He called me again and told me that he had released the amount and that the demand drafts for the same have already been prepared. However, the same can be obtained by me after paying the TDS amount of 46,000/-which is cleared on 18.02.2015 . I asked him why I need to pay TDS. He replied that I will get the complete amount (Rs. 4,28,000) back from Yes Bank, Nariman Point only on payment of the TDS. He told me to give the cheque in favour of Yes Value and told that this is a division of Yes Bank. After few days again, I received a holiday package kit.

On 29.05.2015, Megha Sharma, she also said same thing, I told whole story which is happened with me. She said Yesvalue is not involve, otherwise I will refund your money. After sometimes Pravin Saxena called me for getting your money or not. he said, My health is not well, if you have any contact no. from HDFC Life then give me I am explaining to him/her your Case. I gave him Megha Sharma Contact No. Them Megha Sharma handled my file she said Rs. 15,000/- paid which is cleared on 15.06.2015 to HDFC Life Insurance Co Ltd. then she will be release payment after 1 year.
I am again made foolish. I received one new policy HDFC Life for 7 years duration with merging previous payment made to Yesvalue. This is a clear case of signature forgery and cheating with us. In between, we received calls from the same person and he told us that you will receive verification call. She told me that say yes to all the questions which will be asked to you, otherwise your amount will not get released.

After some days she is again call me If you have payment earlier which is released before 31.10.2015 and I am expecting money earlier, And I said Yes. She is again demanded of Rs. 40,000/- which is cleared 02.07.2015 on in favour of Yesvalue Eservice Private Limited. Then she is sent me sms, Your payment will be released on 18.09.2015 only BRC Statement (Bonus Reconciliations Statement) is pending. Again she said Rs. 70,000/- will be paid for releasing payment near about Rs. 23 Lakhs. I couriered a cheque of Rs. 70.000/- in favour of HDFC Life but I said I will arranged in 15 days. Withiin 15 days I am arranged and informed to her. But I again thinking & immediately Stop payment of cheque through netbanking of HDFC & I withdrew money by ATM. I am not responded her phone & switched of my phone by 20 days. Cheque is bounced After 20 days, Pravin Saxena & Megha Sharma called me for that 70000, but i told I have no money. He & she again demanded a money of Rs. 50000/- in favour of Yesvalue & I adjusted 20000 in my staff quota. I arranged another Rs. 50,000/-. I couriered again a cheque with Pan Card Copy & Aadhar Card Copy. But I again thinking & immediately Stop payment of cheque through netbanking of HDFC. I immediately withdraw a money from ATM. I m not responded her phone from monday 24.08.2015

I have not applied for any Holiday package. These people have taken advantage of my innocence. I have been cheated for the amount of 2,30,000/. ( Rs. 2,15,000 by Yesvalue and Rs. 15,000 by HDFC). I want my amount back of Rs. 25,000 /-, 60,000/-,46,000/-, 44,000/- and 40,000/. ( from Yes Values ). They sent me 2 application forms of Yes Value again by courier and is forcing me to signature of on the same & couirer to Yes Value Delhi branch. He told that I will not get back my single rupee if I do not do this. In this manner, he & she is blackmailing us.
I am requesting both HDFC Life and Yes Values to give my all money back within 7 days, otherwise i will file the case against you and accelerate this matter to media of cheating to common person.

I am returned all holidays package which is received me and I never used these packages.

This is all on telephonic conversation.The calls I received were by the names of Pravin Saxena, Rajiv Wagheria, Pawan Rastogi, Megha Sharma, Abhishek Goyal etc and the nos were

Furthermore,
I should not get fooled by anyone. He said give me your policy numbers, I will lodge a formal complaint against the company. However when called IGMS and IRDA to confirm if he was an employee, they said it must be a bogus person trying to create problems.

Due to all of this, I mortgaged my jewelry at the time of marriage, I arranged fund from Credit Card with liability of Rs. 163000/-, I have other loan Bajaj Finance of Rs. 60,000/-

Due to all of this, I have been pushed into a very difficult situation in which I am not being able to do anything which is affecting my health & my financial condition. Please take strict and urgent action against this.

As per Telephonic Conversation with Mr. Rishabh (Cell No. 0********92) Senior Person in complaint department of Yesvalue Eservice Private Limited, He said complaint take back from IComplaints & draft email to Info@yesvalue.in and contain that email is - I am satisfied with Yesvalue Eservice Private Limited & availed the services of Yesvalue , I will be returned your all money within 15 days after deducting 7 to 8% service tax. I am not liable to take any holidays packages. I am a common woman. And I never apply for any holidays package.

Please return my all money. I have not taken benefits from Yesvalue holiday package kit. Please find below my bank details are as follows:
