Hi ,

My name is Shambhavi. I have buy one Dell vostro 2520 Laptop from Rishi Computer Delhi on 20th July. When we open from box. We got the laptop with screen damaged. we call to vendor for this problem. He suggest me to log a complaint to dell . The laptop is with one year ADP protection. I have call to dell toll free number and told the laptop has damaged due to shking of my hand. Now the dell has refused to replace the screen. As per the dell team. This is not a accedent. This was not cover under APD warranty. my laptop serive tag is 9L7VXX1.

I have spend Rs 30k for this laptop. I have so many option to buy the laptop. but i choose the dell brand for services.

Now i got one quote from dell for repair the laptop. The quote is more than 10k

I THIK THE DELL BRAND IS A DULL BRAND. I REQUESTED TO USER DONT GO FOR DELL PRODUCT. THE DELL IS CHEATING THE USER..
