I have a complaint against Dhruv Designs ( Also known as Kunal & Deepali Associates) in Ahmedabad. I had signed a contract with these architects for interior decoration of my house. It is mentioned in the contract that the vendor is supposed to provide the designs and will also periodically visit the sites for supervision.
However, they had denied visiting the site and said will only provide drawings. I had written several mails & called them several times in last one and half months but they had ignored my communication.
I have several emails as a documented evidence where they have denied to provide me the services mentioned in the contract, and they have denied refunding my advance money of Rs.10,000/- which I had paid them, even though there is no service provided by them till date. Also, I have an evidence that they have not responded to my communication on time.

Today, when I called Kunal, he almost threatened me for dire consequences if I publically share this experience.

I would like a stern action against this group of architects who had cheated me.
