Fraud charges from my account in the name of MAB CHGS :

Myself BalaChandraSekhar Vangala and My Account Number is
********1572, a sum of Rs. 8,609 has been deducted from my account.
I want to get it refunded, if not I would like to close all my family accounts with ICICI Bank.
please help in assisting with this.
