I got a call from a yeeppe sales executive 'Vikas' from this number : ********65  saying there is some promotional offer going on for our website 'Yeeppe.Com'  and i had bought iphone 6 plus 64gb at price of Rs. 16499. Earlier i was said i will have to pay in monthly EMIs. Then the line was transferred to 'Nikhil' senior executive who helped me to carry on the process further. While purchasing, on final step of payment it said insufficient funds but the amount was  debited from my account on 25th Jan 2016. I have attached the transaction screenshot. From 25th Jan 2016 i have been calling everyday for product details but everytime i get some new excuse like your product has been dispatched, is on transit, you will get your tracking id soon, you will get your product in two days but that two days never come. In  between they gave me tracking ID maybe to keep me calm and I received a courier but it wasn't what i ordered. It was some sony speakers which on confirmation they said it was a complimentary gift from their side. Then again their same excuses continued : you will receive your product etc etc. I  have also spoken to 'Anchal 'for the same. On 22nd feb i was so fed up with all this non sense and so i decided to cancel the order itself but then the sales executive again tried me to make another payment and said you will have to pay cancellation charges and amount for Sony speakers of Ra.  2599 which was a complimentary gift. On agreeing for deducting the charge and refunding the balance  amount he said it will be done and a confirmation mail will be sent within 4 hours and that 4 hours has never come. On 3rd march some one else picked the call and said that Vikas ran away now its new company new staff and everything new.

Mobile numbers from which i had got calls
1) ********65 - yeeppe customer care
2) ********83 - vikas yeeppe
3) ********90 - product verification calling for dispatch of products. (Now this number belongs to some baby care organization - A ngo)

I have recorded all the calls and mails sent and received.
