This is the complaint against MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. the most fraud company in tourism industry running in Delhi/NCR Region. Their sales agents are active near shopping malls and public places asking people to fill the form or atleast give their contact details or atleast mobile no. trapping innocent people in their net.
6months ago I visited Select city mall in Saket and i gave them my mobile no. A tellecaller contacted me on my mobile and through Text message first message was from Mr. Rohit on 24/07/2018 and second message was from Mr. Ravi Thakur on the behalf of MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. offering us 3N/4D Holiday voucher, vibes beauty voucher and 1 PVR movie tickets for couple only at free of cost on the behalf on promotion policy from their branch office in Ansal Plaza Mall meeting time was 5PM on 26/07/2018 invitation no. MCR 52711112 notifying that couple entry is mandatory and it will take about 40-45 minutes for activation of holiday vouchers, vibes vouchers and PVR vouchers.
with my husband we reached their Ansal Plaza office we were introduced to their sales agents Mr. Shahbaj and Mr. Sumit Choudhary they convinced us to buy their membership of the company as they run 5star hotels /resorts across INDIA and abroad. even the membership is permitted in cruise ships also.
After about 1hour long discussion and their promises we agreed to buy their membership NO- NAMC 19827 validity 10years(white) which cost 1,21,250 Rs. for that their agents Mr. Shahbaj and Mr. Sumit Choudhary visited our house with POS(swipe machine) and the amount was withdrawn in 3 different transactions from my husbands account to MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. account on 26/07/2018 and we got their membership card and agreement with in a week.
As we made a plan for our holidays in GOA we made a request on 28/08/2018 the detail of the visit is as follows :-
1. 11th October- 13th October in north GOA using their gift voucher 3N/4D.
2. 14th-17th October in south GOA using our membership card through email.
since then we had not received any reply from the company MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. for any booking when contacting their agent Mr. Shahbaj on Mobile phone many times he kept us on assuring that they will send the vouchers soon but there was no confirmed booking given by them in NORTH GOA and SOUTH GOA to us.
we have completed our trip to GOA at our own cost after returning from I Emailed MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. for cancellation of membership and refund the amount 1,21,250 Rs. on 28/10/2018 which is our hard earned money till now there is no response.
THE MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. is the most fraud company in tourism Industry in INDIA their membership card has no value for them then even their gift vouchers of 3N/4D is fake.
After taking huge amount for their membership they do not respond from their mobile when contacted and the EMAIL is also not reverted back by MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd.
As the booking was never confirmed for staying in GOA . I Requested MOUNTAIN CLUB RESORTS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. for cancellation of my membership (NAMC 19827) validity 10years(white), refund amount is 1,21,250Rs. on 28/10/2018 till now i have not received any reply from them.
I am requesting other people not to fall in their trap or waste your Hard earned money in buying their membership.

sir, i am resident of kaserath bazar in hapur. i am an advocate by profession. i want to grab your attention on a serious issue we are fcaing in our locality, this is a residential area but 2-3 commercials showrooms are running in our area which creates a nuisance and it confines the path of easement. it a small street, where daily 20 bikes used to park inappropriately which blocks the area and no one is ready to cooperate to resolve the serious issue. it is my humble request please take an action as soon as possible.
