FIRST CHOICE GOREGAON - FAKE ASSURANCE & VERY POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE

We have purchased a Honda Civic from First Choice, Goregaon on 2.11.2010. We dint get the alternate key for the car which the Sales Person Mr. Anoop & Mr. Amit (Manager) informed that they will send the 2nd key seperately to our office. After 2 days, when we called First Choice on non-reciept of 2nd key for the Car, they are informing us that they do not have the 2nd key. It is really very suprising that they never informed during the deal or the delivery that they do not have the 2nd key. Once all the payment & delivery was settled, they have gone back on their words & now we are stuck with only one set of car key.

It is very dissappointing to see that a brand like Mahindra can cheat their customers to sell their cars. We will approach all the concerned authorities till the case is sorted.
