On 17th Feb 2013 evening we observed that our south side (back side) and east side (left side partly) boundary wall was totally demolished. The tenants said that it was done 2 days earlier. It is observed that the removed bricks are lying in the space backside of our property. The persons who demolished the wall explained that they would require entry to their space behind my property to the tenants.
The land owner on the backside had recently (7-10 days ago) constructed their boundary walls on south side and west side, using other entries.

This unauthorized demolition of my property boundary wall that stood inside my property limits was done without me or my earlier owner’s knowledge. This is an attempt to force a permanent encroachment inside my property and believe has been done with malefic intensions. The entry to the space behind our property was never through our property as it was bounded by walls on all four sides and is wholly owned by us as per the present and earlier ownership documents and can be verified by the tenants who are staying there for more than a year.

I have made a rough sketch of the area and indicated the recently added walls in blue and demolition of walls in Red colour and shown in Sketch-2

I am also enclosing pictures of the demolished wall location and demolished materials.

I have a feeling that there is a consorted effort to encroach in my piece of property. Around 3-4 feet of the north opened road side is also taken inside the temple east wall. Sketch-3 This is for your information till this does not interfere with the integrity of my property.

I would like to request you to take necessary actions so the people who did the unlawful activity restore the demolished wall to original condition and cause me no future encroachment and harassment. We strongly believe in peaceful living and believe discussions and dialogue can solve most of our difficulties. We would like to thank you in advance for helping us to have a peaceful living in this most civilized city, we planned to settle down.
