I had ordered shoes online in NOV 2015 on their website. The standard promise of delivery within 14-27 days. No response was received from them even after the stipulated time. After contacting them no satisfactory reply was received. Fed up with the helpline nincompoops after a number of emails I finally cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

The company finally admitted to the refund. As I did not receive the refund I asked The Elite Elitify about it to which I got a reply that it will be done by 01 Feb 2016. No refund has been received by me till date.

Aren't this company be liable for any kind of penalty or made to pay for the outright lies they have been posting?

These company should be shut down immediately rather than having them dupe innocent customers. The will not come to know about such bogus companies till we make them aware. This can only be done if we raise our voices against such bogus companies which offer class but unfortunately fall no where near it.
