ECS bounce charges debited from savings ac are too high and is not according to the RBI guidelines.
Can a bank charge according to them or is there any guidelines for the banks to charge the customer for particular service or bounce etc.

Complainant's Goal: The ECS bounce charges should be revised as per the RBI guidelines
