Hyundai Motor India Limited - ECM is faulty

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself Dr. Rajnish Kumar. I have purchased Hyundai grand i10 diesel car on 31st Dec-2013 and car was registered in January 2014. The car number is HR-03Q-9153. After purchase each and every service has been done by Hyundai and last service was done 11 months back by Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad.
Now a day, I am working in Indore and on 8th January 2017, the car was stopped on light unexpectedly. Then again I started the car and car was started and after 100 meter again car was stopped. Then I tried to start the car but car had not started. Then I searched nearby Hyundai service center on Internet and I found Harsh Hyundai, Then I called Harsh Hyundai and two mechanic came and they checked the car, but not able to start the car. They told me that they want to take the car on their service center. I said ok and they pull the car to Harsh Hyundai. After reaching to Harsh Hyundai, they again checked the car, but not able to start the car. Then service adviser told me that you have to leave the car, as it was Sunday and on Monday they will check the car. I leaved the Car, by telling them that please inform me on phone that what problem in Car.
On Monday evening I called to Harsh Hyundai, and service adviser told me that they are not able to find the problem. I said ok, please check on Tuesday.
On Tuesday again I called to harsh Hyundai and they again told me that they are not able to find the problem.
Then On Wednesday, I taken the leave from office and gone to Harsh Hyundai and then I meet to Mr. Gurpreet and tell him that I have to go to attend the marriage at my home town i.e. Roorkee and I have not booked any train of flight, as I have planned to go with Car, but he replied vary brutally that two Mechanic are working on the car but not able to find the problem. Then I meet to Mr. Anurag Thakur, area manager, who was available on that day in Harsh Hyundai. He instructed that please find the problem, as early as possible. On same day around 4’o clock, they told me that ECM of the car is faulty.
I told them, how it will be faulty, as car was stopped suddenly. Then they replied that it is an electronic part and it can be faulty any time. Then I told them, how it is possible that company Like Hyundai is replied like that. Then I have leaved the car at Harsh Hyundai, as I have to go to attend the marriage at my home town.
From my home town again I called to Mr. Anurag Thakur, that how this measure part of the car has faulty and he replied same that this is a electronic part, it can be faulty any time.
I want to know from Hyundai that how this part will faulty, as every time, the service of my Car done by Hyundai only.
I request to Hyundai that please replace that part, as car was purchased there year back and after that every service of my car was done by Hyundai only.
Please do the need full on urgent basis, otherwise now I have to take this matter in Consumer court.
