eBay India only send me mails which is given below but they are not sending me my refund.Dear Customer

Now I am telling the whole issueMy guaranteed claim id is 1445008 & my paisa pay id is 41015304460. I got old guitar by ebay.I asked them for the refund and they told me i will get cheque of rs 539.10.On 19 november 2015, i raised the claim for the refund but now today is 2April 2016.I still didn't get my refund.E bay said they had dispatched the cheque on 11 december 2015 through bluedart.When i contacted bluedart then they said wrong address was mentioned that is why it could not be delivered.It's very strange that ebay has my address whenever i placed an order but for sending the refund they don't have my proper address. Ebay customer care executive are liars.They are not sending me any mail regarding my refund.Neither they are giving my cheque nor they are refunding my amount in my bank account. Don't buy anything from ebay.Guaranteed claims & refund policy are just to fool the customer.
eBay India is suffering from a lot of pressure because so many people are complaining against them on consumer complaints, facebook and twitter.
If eBay India is fussy then I am double fussy.I shall definitely take my refund from them.eBay India has to give my refund.
Send me the tracking id of my cheque.
