I went to send cargo to my hometown from this place so called Classic Star Cargi in Bur Dubai..Within a span of 20 minutes...3 people came and complained stating that they have not recieved their cargo...one person was literally calling police,Marketing Manager K Y Mohammed Ali was begging him as to give him time till evening...
Another person came to collect money for the lost cargo and another person stating cargo has not yet reached its 48 days since he has sent it...
People sitting there were two guys to pack,one lady to collect money and handling calls were so casual in approach stating tha there is no airway bill,there is no records of the items send etc...
Does Government department do an inspection of such companies so as to ensure the smooth functioning or 100's of poor people will be trapped day by day and government just ensures that license is valid...
Corrective measures has to be taken and such fraud activities has to be eradicated.
Thank you for raising this company in the forum.I would warn everyone to stay off this fraud company which according to me is going to shut shop many time.Beleive it or not i sent my sofa and coffee table with them 6 months ago and have still not received it until date.I am currently in india and am planning to go back for a visit to dubai and lodge a complain with dubai police and take mohd ali and his team to task
i sent my cargo 8 months back but till today no information & none of the phone is working no idea whom to contact.
