Hi
I would like to bring to your notice we got our HTC 816 G insured from DNA mobile from Samsung gizmo cafe dealer Rohit Kalra. And the phone was damaged and the company is not approving our claim. Even the dealer rohit kalra is not helping us and the company is based in Kolkata and we are in Indore. They do not receive the phone and they do not reply to our emails.
We wish to get the claim amount since we got the insurance policy and we have all the documents also but don't know how to take up things from here.

People get insurance to get claim amount at the time of damage but I guess DNA is a fraud company and they don't approve the claims and only take money at the time of getting the policy.

im komaljeet sing prop K J Services kota rajasthan; dna is a fraud company and its employee also fraud with me. Nobody help me and suggest what i have to do? I need my money back i was invest 2.5 lakh in this fraud co. but now nobody call or reply or contact to me . My future is in dark because it was my savings of my hard work.
