I (Jamal Khan) purchased Honda CB Unicorn (MH-04 FN 3813) fully on Cash from Honda Showroom, Sai Point, Bhiwandi in November, 2013. I was promised the hassle-free services at the same point for next 5 years with a WARRANTY CARD. I had some problem in the rear shock-up of my bike in January, 2013. So i contacted the service point in Bhiwandi where i was promised the post purchase services but now they are making me do run-around and the staff responds rudely and says i should check at Thane service centre in THANE. It has become a fraudulent scenario amongst my friends and family as they already warned me before i opted for Honda bike. I realised that they were right about Honda that these people are just interested in sales and not in after sale services.
I am fed up of these cheat & cheap people. All i want is my money back in full. i have also send this mail to all people in my contact and will put this on social networking site as well to save people from HONDA and it's fake promises. Leave 5 year Warranty, it did not even last for 5 months!!! LIERS....
