yesterday I parked my scooter near pasha hotel bye lane (near Hyatt hotel) and went to mani square with my family. On returning I found two police men are standing near my scooter. They took the scooter key from me and went away with the scooter without telling the reason of my fault they even did not told their name after several asking and told me to come at nandy house police station at beleghata. I showed all the paper at police station. It was found OKEy still i Had to pay bribe of Rs 200/- to get the scooter released.
Please inform me under which section they took my scooter and harrassed me.

Even on the day of Holi it has been observed that Kolkata Police were harssing people and taking bribes from them. While returning home from my frnds house in my two wheeler at Thakurpukur Area i was harassed by the illiterate so called police. Not only me , there were 100s of educated people who were harassed by these people " Burden Of society" It is high time that all of us put a firm stand against it .. Let us stop giving bribe to Police. Hope the barasat Boy had given bribe to that constable in front of the District Magistrate house, his life would have been saved !!!!! What is the Police Minister doing??? Is he also sharing the amount collected from bribe ???? It is high time for all of us to speak against them
