We have purchased your pump on 25 th May 2015 from Ashley Trading Co. Vasai .Bill No.349. On first trial it got tripped due to short circuit.Your Service Center person Mr. Prakash from K.B.ELECTRICAL SERVICES, VASAI EAST. Came & attended compalaint/Again next day same problem, we again sent to their service center. They rectified & gave , again same problems, repeated for atleat 6 times in two monthes.

We are facing lots of problems in this pump in terms of Shocks, Trippings & performance failure.We also sent many times at your Service Center Called K.B.ELECTRICAL SERVICES.

We are fed up of this Pump & services.

We purchased this pump due to Crompton Greaves make but sorry to say, absolutely defective product & poor service.

We arequire immediate attention on this issue & replacement to restore our faith in Crompton Greaves or we will be forced to take our grievances to consumer forum.
