ICICI Bank Limited - Credit card fraud , extent of harassment by icici

Hello,

This should be treated as an official complaint against the extent to which icici has harassed me over the last 1 year because of my credit card fraud case ( last four digits 1008 ) . I faced the credit card fraud transactions last year in Jan . They took place in US as store transactions without my knowledge. I blocked the card immediately but till then 11 transactions had already been done . Although I was also I US which I dint hide from the bank , they happened in a completely different state where I have never been to . I also submitted the proof for my HR telling them that I was in office that day and not traveling to that state or absent . After so many months of banging my head with icici and dozens of calls , the case was finally resolved in my favor and I finally got a sigh of relief . I had filed a consumer complaint online too last year and this whole thing to around 7 -8 months to resolve, still better late than never and the case was CLOSED. Now , after so many months and 1 year to fraud, icici out the blue sends me an email that I have to pay for 2 of those transactions as they were legitamate. This is Ridiculous. In this way they can open a case whenever they want and ask me to pay for all the transactions when they want . How can they say that when the rest which happened during the same day and place are ok to be fraud but the 2 which were I think the most expensive were not fraud. Do they have my signatures there or me on CCTV? Also , the irony is that a few transactions that happened after these two are considered fraud , not these two . Is this a joke ? Y is the bank harassing me like this since 1 year . After being a loyal customer for years this is what I get . I am so so frustrated and disheartened now . I really want some senior authorities to be included in this so that I can get justice . Like this , icici can send me a email anytime they want asking me to pay for the transactions one by one . And I am not going to pay for what I dint spend . I will go to consumer court if I have to,to make them stop from harassing me every now and then.
