State Bank of Mysore - creating problems for payment of maturity amount

my policy no. ********9 matured on 23.12.2013 and in this regard i have submitted the required forms and documents at your Devans Road Office Mysore duly acknowledged by them on 27.12.2013. On 28.12.2013 I received a phone call to my mobile no. ********67 stating that the re-assignment details are not available in their system.

Today i called upon another branch of LIC here at Mysore and to my surprise they informed that the re-assignment is duly registered in the system on 02.07.2010..

To my telephone calls the response from the concerned officials is very arrogant and not tolerable by a decent person of dignity.

Kindly look into the matter and make the payment immediatley.
