There is a building construction going on in our area which is creating huge noise, they are drilling roads and breaking them.
the noise specially is unbearable and painful to the ears, its really stressful, many of us are preparing for our exams and interviews which make it even more difficult to study and do any useful work.
if an elderly person is living here nearby h/shee will easily get heart attack if exposed to this amount of stressful noise.
please help. It is related to noise so I cannot attach any proof. Please see for yourselves
