LAWYER - COMPLAINT REGARDING PRESENCE OF COCKROACHES/INSECTS IN AC 3 TIER COACHES

Sir,
this is to inform that I traveled in A.C. 3 TIER COACH from BELGAUM to TIRUPATI on 9.03.2012 and from GUDUR TO NEW DELHI on 11.03.2012. in both the coaches of the trains, there were innumerable cockroaches and other insects which made our travel horrible and very uneasy. I requested the train attendants/cleaners to look into the matter and spray some insecticide but of no use.
Kindly take appropriate action so that nobody faces that horrible travelling experience.
