Sub: Complaint against Floral Gifts to India for cyber fraud
I had ordered a gift online from Floral-Gifts-To-India, vide Order Tracking ID: S9rDKj on 12 Dec 2013 on their internet portal: http://www.floralgiftstoindia.com having the following contact details:

I had made online payment of Rs. 1225/= only through the above portal’s payment gateway, vide the following details:

However, the company (Floral Gifts to India, Kolkata) failed to deliver the product ordered and paid for. Even after several follow ups the product ordered was not delivered. I have approached their Customer care/ help desk nos. (Cell no: ********08/ ********60/ ********28) and also wrote numerous emails to them at their following IDs: customercare@floralgiftstoindia.com and floralgiftstoindia@gmail.com.
Now even after 2 months of order, the company (Floral Gifts to India, Kolkata) has neither delivered the ordered product, though it has charged me the full amount through its online payment gateway, nor given the refund, which amounts to cheating and fraud against its online customers.
I therefore pray to register my complaint and take action against the company mentioned above, for cheating and fraud by luring its customers online with false promises, making them pay online and then failing in its delivery of the ordered product or give refund.

As per the telephonic conversation on support numbers, I am sending email to floral gift to india CANCEL my order for Flower Bouquet and Cake for which Order Tracking ID is: 7Wnbz0.

This is really a very bad experience which I have got from floral gift to india poor services that the concerning person didn't get the delivery of the order I have placed. I have placed this order on 1st of March for the delivery date of 3rd of march from your online website floralgiftstoindia.com.

floral gift to india support numbers are really worse to experience out and ridiculous reasons they have given to me in concern with the delivery. I have called 10 to 15 times on the numbers you have given on your website for the support and got chance to talk with your helping members for only 3 to 4 times and then too still didn't get any solution for the order I have placed.

They have simply given unacceptable and foolish excuses and I really don't know what kind of help they provide to their customers but I am very much disappointed with floral gift to india services floral gift to india are offering in the online market.

Please help to REFUND my amount 1264/rs in against with the order asap.
