Hello Sir/ Mam,
This is Abhishek Verdhan living at Muzaffarnagar. My complaint against Airtel Mobile UP West is that, I recharged my mobile no. ********89 for Rs. 36/- on 29-05-2012 from a retail counter, Shamli (U.P.). The talk value on this payment was 1500 massages for all over country and validity is for 28 days from recharged date. The voucher time has completed after 28days and Airtel sent a reminder message to me on about 23-06-2012. I was busy so I did not take it seriously. I thought that is only for reminding me that your message pack would be finished after 25-06-12. But As the day of 26-06-2012 started my main account balance was detracted for Rs. 36/- and new message pack had been started for next 28 days. That is happened automatically. I did not want to pay for it and I had no use of it now. I did not request for it and not purchase it from any where.
I Talked to customer care on 26-06-2012 and I am not agree with it, what they answered me. The reference number is CBDOV20********3. She replied me now we could not give you back your 36/- ruppees and this is company's procedure and you have to deactivate your voucher it is your duty. So please help me out and register my complanit.
