NV RAMAKRISHNA - Clear Trip IVR responce issue while rescheduling the ticket

I am NV Ramakrishna Book my round trip trip tickets from Hyderabad to Delhi and Back. Due to some urgent reasons I need to postpone my return travel. When i requested teh clear trip people they have arranged a IVR system to pay the remaining amount Rs. 2311/-. When i give my online OTP password this IVR system will validate it and says that transaction is successful and some time says unsuccessful. Around i got generated 10 to 12 OTP passwords with my HDFC and as well as SBI credit card which are worthy less to pay the amount. And the re-scheduling is not happened. I was hang on calls around 6 hours for this issue and at last its all went worthy less. I want to file a judicial complaint on this. Please suggest me where i can complaint regarding this.

tis is rakesh cont-********79 On monday I.E, On 12.9.11, I Received A Call From This No. ********4300 That Through hdfc credit Card I Am Selected For Some Discount Offers From IVR Heritage Holiday, I Repeatedly Asked Them Whether Am I Supposed To Pay Anything For That Offer, They Said No, Later On They Connected Me To The hdfc Card Server But That Day The Transaction Didn’t Take Place Because Server Was Down It Seems. Again On Tuesday I Received A Call Stating That They Are Calling From hdfcCredit Card Division, As I Don’t Have One Time Password It Is Mandatory To Create, Assuming That I Am Talking To hdfc Card Section I Followed The Instructions Whatever I Was Told, Within 5 Minutes I Received A Message “Thanks For Enrolling For Take A Break Offer. Your Account Has Been Charge For Rs. 5509And The Welcome Pack Shall Reach You Shortly. Take A Break Helpline No : 011-41639411, 011-41639412, 011-41639414, 011-45564925, 011-45564926 From TD-HHPL 12.9.11 At 11.30 a. As I Am Ignorant About These Type Of Calls, Please Help Me In Getting Out Of This Transaction And Please Stop Payment Of Rs. 5509 To That IVR Heritage Holiday. I Tried To Contact This No., ********4300,01130717400,01130694300, same day As Soon I Received The Message But Recorded Message I Got Is “This Number Does Not Exist”. pl help me call me on ********79
