I take a tour of samarth holidays for shimla,kulu,manali,dharamshala,delhousi,amritsar for 10 days from 25th oct to 2nd nov 14.

My Complaints are as below :

1) They have not shown me 7 places as they describe in their catalogue / pamphlet to me. for which i demand refund of Rs. 4000 per place i.e. Rs. 28,000/-
2) They have to refund me Rs. 2,450/- for delhi hotel stay charges and pickup drop from delhi airport to hotel because i have not stayed in hotel.

Hence i am entitled for total Refund of Rs. 31,250/- which they are denying me to Refund.
