I had booked a tour with a travel agent, planed to commence on 23rd May 2009 for 10 days.Due to personal reason tour was cancelled and postponed to a future date in month of October 09.The said agent did not conduct tour and promised to refund money(Rs.85000). Since then he has not refunded money. Kindly suggest line of action against the fraudulent agent to recover the hard earned money. Also suggest expert's name to contact.
