Sub-: Request for registering Complaint against Mr. Ramesh Kumar r/o Baraut, UP. Office address- Vardhman Jinendra Enterprises, Laami Nagar, Delhi-110092 for cheating and committing fraud

Respected sir,

I Upasana Sharma D/o Late Kuldip Nath Address- Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059, request you to kindly register my complaint against the above mentioned Person for cheating me for an amount of Rs.4760/- (Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Rupees), Ramesh Kumar was my colleague at Vardhman Jinendra Enterprises. I know him from last 2 years. He need mobile phone and requested me use my credit card to purchase the phone. I knew him that why i agreed to use credit card to purchase mobile phone from flipkart on EMI on 05.05.2014. He has made 2 EMI on date but after second EMI payment he has left the job without notice. He has deactivated his numbers so that i can not call him to ask the payment. He has done fraud with me.

In view of the above kindly register my this complaint. I further request that the delay on my part in making this complaint I sincerely hope that the matter will be appropriately investigated and my hard earned money will be recovered from this Ramesh Kumar at the earliest.
