I had a travel for Darjeeling and Gangtok for 3Nights and 4Days with a complete package.But due to some land slides we have not visited some of the places which are scheduled and the travelers has promised to pay back the money for that which cost around 3000.This is happen in August 2012. And the travel agent said that he will deposit the amount with in 3 days. But from that day he is telling all *** and bull stories. I raised complaint in there agency,but no one took action. Kindly suggest me what can i do? How can i recover my money?
