I'm planning for a holiday in Mount Abu and booked a hotel for the same from Clear Trip web site. There are some points which I want to highlight and complain--

1. The hotel booked by the agent on phone was at higher price than quoted in the site. (Rs 6500 instead of Rs 6300) On asking explanation, the agent said price fluctuates and there is always a price difference when you open the site from an internet explorer and google chrome!

2. The total amount came to Rs 6894 ( 6500 + 392 taxes) and they provided a 20% cash back deal which should be Rs 1300 on the quoted room rent and the agent just gave me Rs 600 discount, I don't know how she calculated it and charged me Rs 6294 instead. On complaining them they are saying that once the full payment is made nothing can be done.

3. Also in the invoice slip no mention for the room rent nor the discount is been mentioned.

4. I have given a feedback to the site but there was no respone.
