This refers to my mobile # ********31.
1. Even though I did not make a single call or receive any call on my mobile during my trip to UAE, in March2012, Rs 99/- was deducted from my balance.
2. Charges for more than 20 local/national/international SMSs were deducted from my balance even though these were not delivered.
Complainant's Goal: Refund of these amounts
