I purchased Onida split ac on 16-10-11 in Cellamani and Co purasavakkam, while purchasing they gave an offer for free installation and stabilizer. While purchasing i asked the sales person last time when i purchase ac 3 years back with you told free installation, but they charged me Rs 750 they told that amount is for stand this time it wont happen. My wife also asked about the same since we had the experience in our previous purchase but the sales person told you have to pay for stand only when it is required. When people come for installation they asking for installation charge Rs 1200+ stand price. When I contact Cellamani and Co there is no offer for free installation. You have to pay the amount. Since I had discussion about the previous complaint they can very well tell about this when I purchase.
