Toady (23June-14) I have traveled from Indore to Delhi in Flight no. 6E 435, seat 3E,
I was my worst experience, as while severing food items to other passengers, one of your air hostages opened the hot water flask and just dropped hot water over my face, they should know how safely they should handle such things while opening. And when I asked some ointment to put on my face, they don’t have any ointment for burned wound in there first add box, this is what we follow safety level. And when I asked any compensatory process for such injuries I was told there is no such process.

Please let me what process should I follow or shall I move to consumer forum.
