BSNL PENTA - BSNL PENTA Delivered defected piece, which they are not replacing

Hello,

I Ordered one BSNL Penta tablet IS701C from snapdeal.com on 28th November 2012 which i received on 30th November 2012. The tablet is fine but its HDMI port is not working so i called up Penta technical team the shared some software and asked me to updated the software. After updating software also it was not working so the said may that HDMI cable is faulty replace it. I bought 3 extra cable with thought that all cables are faulty and meanwhile i called up penta technical team also and every time they have give me a software to update but still its HDMI didn’t work, finally they asked me to visit Penta service center. I visited service center they said HDMI port is having some problem they will repair it.

Now the issue is,
1. They have delivered me a faulti Penta tablet without checking its all functionality,
2. After reporting this issue they miss guided me rather replacing it,
3. Why should i go to repair a new tablet

I expect from Penta Technology to replace this tablet as soon as possible i don’t want to repair the current one.

This very important for Penta to deliver the customer the correct thing what the are promising and for what they are charging.
