Myself S Naga Raju booked a/c sleeper ticket in Sree kaleswari Tours & travels from Rajamundry to hyderabad on 30.07.2012. this ticket is provided by M/s Naga Sai tours and travels at rajamundry. However, i was not picked by the driver. even after my repeated phone calls to the concerned personnel on this there is no response.

enclosing a copy of my ticket for reference.

i request you to please arrange to refund my ticket amount apart from that they should pay Rs. 5000/- towards compensation for me for leaving me on roads in the night time and the mental disturbance i faced to reach my desitination.
