Bhaap - Bhaap not delivering nor refunding

I had ordered As Seen On TV Slim and Lift (Medium) on October 10, 2012 11:56:03 PM IST. Order #100003321.I have sent mails to find the status of my order from their 'contact us' form several times.They haven't replied even once.They haven't provided any phone number so that I can call and ask about status of my order. In their site my order status shows "Data not found". I am very much frustrated and sad with this unprofessional behaviour and have lost faith in online shopping.I regret that I didn't read reviews of this fraud site before ordering.

blance deduction by pnb phase-1 mohali (pb.). I am not satisfied with 3rd class service of the bank and behavouier of employes of branch. when we asked something to the any employee they are not giving any reply my questions. Then i called on the toll free no.1********22 first of the number is alway busy if we got the number then excutive picked the by mistake then are start inquery account no.,address,nominee,cheque book no.,atm card no.etc.after that the problume which we are facing after hearing they start going to statisfieing me but i was not statisfied with them then they put me on hold of10-20min after that my call was disconceted by the exuctive. in whole of end my problume was not solved & afer that facing too much hrashment i left my money to them now i am going to close my account from this third class bank.
