Dear apple team,

I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience i am having with apple customer services.
I have purchased iphone 7 from croma on - 10 jam2017 imei:- 353778083380307, serial no:-DNPSQR2HHG7P

Case info:-

I am facing battery issues in my device. Even i submitted my device in service center many time and call the customer care many time but my issue not solved. I don't have a time to go to service center again and again. i have to charge my device for whole days. battery got discharged in 2 hours. i am facing many issues in it.

I am requesting you to change my I phone 7 with new one. i am very great full if you do the same.
