CHEATING BY THE COMPANY---BEWARE OF THIS life insurance company---Caution
PROPOSAL FORM 5958371683

We have taken the above policy through your sales executives MR Gaurav (Mobile no 8977285822) & Mr B sandeep (7842774268) with an assurance that 15% of amount paid (Rs 50,000/-)by me through a cheque.

The policy was issued and there were discrepancies and errors and when contacted they promised to rectify and credit the assured amount to my bank a/c.Till date there is NO action and response from them and No action from the LOCAL sevice branch.

This action amounts to DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE & Un fair trade practice as per CONSUMER PROTECTIIN ACT 1986 .
I threfore issue this notice with a demand to pay me Rs 7500/- IMMEDIATELY and rectify the defects in the policy as discussed.
IF the demand is NOT MET within 3 days I shall take up the matter with the consumer court with the evidence that we have, without any further ref to you and you will be held responsible for all COSTS & CONSEQUENCES THERE OF

Delivery of the mail shall be treated as service of the NOTICE

In continuation of the mail below I wish to add that some one by name SUNNY (Mobile no 9640539385) visited this morning without having the ID card (But has given it as 0098493 gave a letter purported written by your executive &
forced me to sign which i denied .

AS No agent came to me and No body clarified my queries on thr policy no 0329597334.
secondly they have NOT given any committed amount .15 % of Rs 50 k

GAURAV & Sandeep also assured me that 4% of sum assured shall be given as incentive on yearly premium renewal which is NOT reflected in the policy. as such either they have to pay 4% every renewal annually (Confirmation in writing ) Or pay it in Lumpsum.

If the said commitments are met & high official of the company clarifies my doubts in person, I have NO objection to continue the policy till the end
IF NOT I DEMAND FOR FULL REFUND OF amount paid with an interest 12 % from the bate of my cheque till the date of payment.. I am prepared to return the policy with proper Ack to authorized official/ executive of the company.

I Expect prompt action & immediate reply nd as a CONSUMER I RESERVE MY RIGHT TO TAKE UP THE GRIEVANCE TO THE APPROPRIATE LEGAL FORUM AND HIGH LIGHT THE ISSUE IN ON LINE INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER FORUMS.Apart from NOT PATRONIZING your company hereafter if demands are not met & Apology letter is a must.

Photo of the person (Sunny ?) and scanned copy of the letter sent by your executivesGAURAV /sandeep is attache for ref which shows how CUNNING they are who are UNFIT TO represent a company like BAJAJA ALLIANZ and its because f such people that company reputation gets tarnished.

Pl note that I am prepared to return the bond provide other documentation as requested.PROVIDED your authorized official with ORIGINAL ID PROOF visit my home cum office with PRIOR APPOINTMENT (Mobile 9490424040)As a Senior citizen I shall NOT be able to visit your office in person.
I must BE PAID THE PREMIUM IN FULL (wITHOUT ANY DEDUCTIONS WHAT SO EVER) & 18 % INTEREST FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE OF CHECK TILL THE DATE OF ACTUAL PAYMENT AS DEMANDED IS MET with a Written letter of UN CONDITIONAL APOLOGY with a serious action on the so called your sales executives, for causing unwanted agony by your company executives selling policy by unfair practice and foul play.

COPY FORWARDED TO the INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN in continuation of my complaint .
