We bought Eureka forbes Dr.Aquaguard water purifier during October 2015,it stopped working in 3 days.Then we arranged a person to service it and asked for replacement,then they assured that it wont happen again,from that time the machine stops working frequently,Now they are saying we need to buy an extra filter for Rs.1000 for resolving the same and this product even didn't crossed one year, it is just 7 months old and my emi's got over just now,Very sad that i am writing this because it is not a small amount it is 18000 which is hard earned money,Sir Please do the needful as soon as possible and teach them a lesson so that they should not do it to other customers.
