A Pre Processed ATM Card no. 4213 1900 6302 2812 has been issued by Jamshedpur Branch to me on 08/03/2012. But till date it is not yet activated. Being a senior citizen customer of this Bank, I find it is difficult to go to the Bank daily for activation of the card. My SB a/c no. is 00********868.
An online complain thro’ the Banks website is also done vide Grievance no. SUS******** on 19/03/12.
Toll free no. 1800 345 0345 is also not working.
Jamshedpur Branch Bank officials has expressed their inability to solve my problem as they are not getting any support from their Head Office, Kolkata.
