This is to bring to your notice about ruthless/arrogant behaviour of an auto rickshaw wala and runing off with extra money.
The Auto Registration Number is Reg. - AP 11 V 7143.

I took an auto from langer house which has meter not working. Initially I was very reluctant to board the auto as it doesnt have the auto meter reading working but the driver made me convince that he will take the fare fairly.
On the way to my office I asked him to stop at tolichowki as my friend also comes along with me. The auto driver told that a second person will not be permitted to board the auto. I thought it would be better for me to get down and look for an another auto. It costs only 27 rs from langer house to tolichowki but he demanded 40 rs. As I did not have exact change I gave him a 50 note. He just returned me 10 and just ran away with extra money his auto .
It is not with how small the money but the arrogant behaviour of the driver was very disappointing.

I called police(100) and was asked to call another number 04027852481. When called, I was asked to give complaint in my area Police Station.
I found many autos with no meters installed. why there are no strict laws on autos with no meters and auto walas.
