The services out here are hopeless.. There is no electricity for 1 and half an hour people are made to wait till electricity comes... There's no time value for citizens.. The generator also doesn't work as they were not having diesel in it... The do not accept any request till the power comes... Such a big organization gets paralyzed if there is no power...

Complainant's Goal: Proper infra should be available to such a big Govt organization...
